‘I am physically here, but mentally in Gaza’ - a Cara Fellow at the University of Edinburgh

Amani Ahmed, a Cara PhD Fellow from Gaza at the University of Edinburgh, recently spoke to The Guardian about her experiences.  Although she has now been joined in Edinburgh by her immediate family and is able to pursue her academic career, she is still deeply worried for her wider family back home.
